The UTH telematics network ensures access to e-mail via a website (https://webmail.uth.gr). Access to this is done in a secure manner (encrypted communication) with the user account details (username and password).

Webmail access to the personal mailbox is via the IMAP protocol, meaning only messages stored on the mail server are visible. Any messages stored in local email application folders on your personal computer's disk will not be visible.
Be careful when using the “Permanent Delete” command (button) because deleted messages cannot be recovered. The same applies to the “Empty Mailbox” button, which permanently deletes all messages in the current folder.
Through the webmail environment, access is also provided to other applications such as: contact list, calendar, password change, etc.
Also, in the area above the application buttons and next to the page number/number of messages, the space occupied by your mailbox is displayed in relation to the limit assigned to you.
