The Master's Degree "Nutrition in Health and Disease" helped me in finding a job and in my subsequent professional development. The knowledge level of the professors makes the difference in relation to the structure of the program that achieves a holistic approach to nutrition in the clinical field. Having worked for the last 7 years in the United Kingdom, my Master's degree was recognized as a level 7 training match for faster job search and certification as a First Contact Dietitian (Expert Generalist Dietitian), which subsequently gave me the opportunity to lead a team to train colleagues as First Contact Dietitians.

I chose to continue my studies at this postgraduate program because its curriculum piqued my interest. In particular, the curriculum covers knowledge from a medical perspective for all thematic areas of science, physiological, pathological and clinical cases. Fully updated material with new recommendations and teaching staff of high prestige and recognition in the field of science. The environment of the medical department is friendly, with amenities for a relaxing lesson. All courses were well-planned and the exams were of a high standard. As a student, I had all the privileges, such as free meals and the postgraduate program secretariat was always willing to help, in any matter. I would unreservedly recommend the postgraduate program to any health professional who would like to expand their knowledge in the science of nutrition. Finally, the Postgraduate Diploma helped me continue my academic career at the University of Thessaly with my doctoral thesis and is still a support on this difficult path.

This program has been a very important experience for me, as it offers high-quality education and excellent opportunities for personal and professional development. The interdisciplinary approach followed by the MSc combines theory with practice and equips students with the necessary knowledge and skills to meet modern challenges in the field of nutrition and health. In particular, I would like to highlight the decisive contribution of Professors Kapsoritakis and Manolakis, who have been excellent mentors in my research career. Their support, both at a theoretical and practical level, has significantly helped in the development of my own research and in the implementation of new nutritional strategies for the prevention and treatment of diseases. Their knowledge and experience in the field of gastroenterology and nutrition, as well as their commitment to excellence, have been a source of inspiration for all of us students. The opportunity to work under their guidance and participate in high-level research projects inspired me to move forward and develop my knowledge in depth. This program not only prepares us for our professional future, but also encourages us to become pioneers in the field of nutrition and health.

The era when a degree was enough for a successful career has now passed irrevocably. Today, the overabundance of graduates has led both businesses and the public sector to search for executives with postgraduate specialization, and employees to adapt to the new landscape of the labor market. In order, often not only to distinguish themselves but even to survive in the professional arena, the specialization of the employee is considered "essential". This was the reason that prompted me to the Postgraduate Program "Nutrition in Health and Disease". It offered me the opportunity to come into contact with various views on the treatment of diseases and conditions from the perspective of nutrition and broadened my mind. On the other hand, it offered me all the qualifications to stand out in the professional arena in which I am active.

After thorough personal research and encouragement from a professor at the university department from which I graduated, I decided to choose this Postgraduate Program, as it combined the subject of nutrition, which interested me, with courses of medical content, which would add more knowledge and expertise to my subject. Indeed, I was delighted to discover that the Postgraduate Program "Nutrition in Health and Disease" was staffed with highly qualified professors who, with a sense of duty and a holistic approach per specialty, transmitted knowledge and were willing to answer any question and concern that arose. The contact with doctors of different specialties covered each thematic unit in a multifaceted way, giving a different tone to the scientific approach that I had until before attending the Postgraduate Program. The Directors of the Postgraduate Program were always willing to answer any questions and stood by us from the beginning to the end of the study program. The professor responsible for my master's thesis contributed decisively with her knowledge and advice in its completion, supporting me at all levels. The Postgraduate Program was thoroughly organized and the secretarial support was continuous, at all levels. Overall, my impressions are the best and I am very happy to have graduated from this Postgraduate Program, as it met all my expectations on a scientific level but also in terms of organization and human resources.

As a pharmacist, I am part of primary health care in the pharmacy field. I believe that since many of the main diseases of modern society are metabolic or related to nutrition in general, it is necessary to retrain health providers in this area, given that our primary education in this area is incomplete. This knowledge equips us to treat our patients more holistically and to advise them on one of the most essential parts of their health. Therefore, I consider this master's degree to be extremely useful and I hope to be given the opportunity to develop it into a doctoral thesis.
